Cancellation Policy
KBrows Beauty & Academy – Booking & Deposit Policy
All appointment deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel, miss, or are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit will remain on file as a credit toward any future service at KBrows Beauty & Academy.
Your deposit never expires. You are welcome to reschedule and use your existing deposit whenever you are ready, subject to appointment availability.
Deposits cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash.
By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
